Roosevelt License Plate Topper: Unusual, early figural composition political license plate topper from 1936 FDR presidential campaign, featuring Uncle Sam and FDR. Has a little darkening, light scattered wear and two tiny drilled holes for mounting, but attractive overall and displays nicely, w/ nice rich surface patina (C. 7.5+/8-).
