Geo. W. Childs Cigar Sign: Outstanding, large, very early tin litho sign for George W. Child’s 5¢ Cigars, featuring fine early lithography by Shonk Litho. Co. Has strong color and displays nicely on wall (C. 8/+ appearance) although close examination will reveal some non-offensive general light crazing, scuffs and non-serious litho loss in outer margins and some light general wear (critical grade C. 7.5++/8-). Framed (beautiful period frame).
