Hires Root Beer Ads: Lot consists of two very early, colorful and highly graphic paper litho ads for Hires Root Beer, as found glued into the front and back covers of an early scrap book. Very high quality lithography, w/ beautiful colors and detailing, they appear to be on fairly heavy stock and the best I can tell appear to be blank on back side, leading me to believe they are small paper signs rather than magazine ads (marked Donaldson Bros. Litho., New York in bottom corners). Excellent overall, w/ some minor trimming and wear at very outer edges.
