Illinois Bell Telephone Sign: Early, 2-sided porcelain flange telephone sign from Illinois Bell Telephone Co. (same image both sides). Clean, bright and excellent overall (a very strong C. 8++) w/ a little, very minor edge wear and some paint on outside flange mounting section (can be easily removed).
