Lambertville Snap-Proof Boots Sign: Early tin litho sign for Lambertville brand rubber footwear featuring wonderful images of Palmer Cox Brownie characters, boots w/ multi-color labels, etc. Clean, bright and excellent in appearance; displays at arms length as crisp and near mint, although close examination will reveal a fair amount of professional restoration. Restoration is mostly confined to outer red and yellow outer border areas and black areas of boots. Nicely presented in antique frame, displays extremely well.
