Socony Aircraft Oil Sign: Large, early, heavy porcelain sign for Standard Oil Co.’s Aircraft Oils. Field/main area of sign is clean, bright and displays quite nicely (displays on wall as a C. 8+/-); although there are a number of scattered, early, weathered oxidized chips and damage spots around outer areas (critical grade C. 7.5) due to edge issues.
