August Flower German Syrup Thermometer: Deep early metal and glass advertising dial type thermometer for August Flower (Liver & Stomach Medicine) and German Syrup (Throat & Lung Medicine). Very high quality, made of heavy brass, w/ glass front and paper label inside. Has three fairly small rust colored stain spots in outer bottom area: also some minor, very faint water staining on paper (not at all detracting or offensive). Otherwise excellent and attractive (displays well).
