Honest Scrap Tobacco Thermometer: Early heavy porcelain advertising thermometer for Honest Scrap brand chewing tobacco. Overall, piece is clean and excellent in appearance, w/ exception of two large chip areas in porcelain surrounding top and bottom hanging holes (each approximately 2 ) which have been somewhat crudely painted in. Professional restoration at these spots could improve to an 8.5+ appearance (liquid in tube is full, but the red color inside has faded to clear).
