James River Chewing Tobacco Tin: Extremely rare, early paper label (over tin) pie-shaped 2-ps. tobacco tin for James River brand (L. Warnick Brown & Co., Utica, NY) featuring great image of Indian in canoe. Has some dark scattered staining spots, even fading and some general overall wear, but overall is still attractive and displays pretty well (tough to grade, but C. 7+/- seems about right).
