Peter Rabbit Candy Pail: Early tin litho 3 oz. candy pail for Lovell & Covel Co., Boston, Massachusetts. Wonderful pail has great Peter Rabbit nursery rhyme images all around. Colors are good and it displays nicely, w/ minor soiling and some light overall wear (C. 7.5/+).As found, might improve w/ cleaning. Non-graphic lid has darkened and has oxidizing to finish.
