Silver Gem Pail: Very early hand-soldered pail for Silver Gem, w/ great early stenciled design, nice surface patina and great overall look. Clean and very attractive appearance (tin displays as a nice C. 8/+); w/ some scattered early scratch and wear marks on lid. Not sure if this was for tobacco or chewing gum, as both had products with this brand name.
