Cut and Slash Tobacco Pouch: Scarce, full, early cloth tobacco pouch for Cut and Slash brand Durham tobacco, featuring image of Union Civil War soldier cutting high prices. Unopened, sealed package is clean and quite nice overall, w/ some light tattering along left side edge of front label and there is a separation tear across the back side tax stamp (Series of 1898).
