Piper Heidsieck Tobacco Cutter: Unusual, heavy cast iron countertop tobacco cutter for “Piper Heidsieck” brand tobacco, featuring great figural image of Piper champagne bottle on base (made by Enterprise Mfg. Co., Phil.’a). Outstanding, very high quality piece, w/ beautiful all original paint and nickel plated surfaces. Excellent overall (C. 8++) w/ a little light speckling at bottom section of bottle.
