Cigar Bands: Lot includes two scarce, early paper litho advertising cigar bands from the Victor Talking Machine Co., each featuring great color graphic images of Co.’s trademark Nipper dog and early phonograph machine. Very attractive overall (C. 8+/-), w/ minor wear on one of white end pieces.
