Vintage Pocket Match Safes: Lot consists of three early advertising pocket match safes. Includes a very early Arm & Hammer brand fancy, highly detailed example fashioned from a gutta-percha type material (similar to early Civil War photo cases); also a celluloid over metal pocket match box holder for Town Crier Flour and a high quality celluloid over metal safe advertising Sweet Orr Overalls. Town Crier Flour is attractive and decent w/ a little non-offensive very faint background staining, Sweet Orr Overalls; decent and attractive w/ some light wear, minor discoloration and staining and small oxidizing spot on metals found will probably improve w/ cleaning.
