(Hartford, CT) featuring beautiful multi-color lithography by Kellogg & Bulkeley Litho. Co., (Hartford, CT). Has strong colors and displays nicely, w/ some soiling and light oxidized staining in background area (C. 7.5+). As found, should improve w/ cleaning.
