Unusual, elfin character working windup mechanical hotel bell (pushing down on tail piece or pushing in arrow at top creates long steady ring). Has an attractive bronze finished cast iron body and base w/ nickel over brass bell. Very nice overall, w/ some plating wear to nickel finish on bell.
