Turtle Hotel Mechanical Bell: Unusual, heavy, early figural turtle shaped cast iron counter top hotel bell, w/ windup mechanism underneath (pushing on turtles head or tail makes long, loud, steady ringing noise). High quality piece is very nice overall, w/ some wear to upper gold finish of shell (appears to have nickel plating under gold Japanned finish). Works great.
