Pretzel Union Shaving Mug: Primitive, early blue decorated stoneware occupational shaving mug (marked: Union Shaving Mug, Patented September 20, 1870 in blue on base). Has hand painted image of pretzel and traces of name in gold on front. Has a fair amount of staining and discoloration, but overall a decent, very early piece that displays quite well.
