Figural Cigar Cutter: Unusual, early, heavy, figural metal cigar cutter, featuring Uncle Sam like character holding purse while seated on treasure chest. Purse has opening in front for inserting cigar into (pushing his head down moves blade down). Nice condition overall, w/ some general light finish wear from use (C. 8/-).
