Paracote Cigar Cutter: Early embossed cast iron cigar cutter w/ ashtray at base advertising Chatfield’s Paracote roofing product (tail moves up and down to trim cigars). Dog is finely detailed w/ nice patina and appearance, ashtray base has minor oxidizing to inside bowl and screws on bottom possibly replaced.
