Vintage Cigar Lighter Holder: Early, heavy figural brass (bronze?) cigar holder and lighter on stone base (the drum holds cigars and the officers head tilts back to reveal body that holds lighter fluid which wicks through his cigar to offer steady light). Very high quality piece. Excellent.
