(Syracuse, NY) featuring beautifully detailed enameled porcelain over steel advertisement in center, w/ fancy decorative brass rim and back. Clean, bright and exceptionally nice, w/ just a trace bit of very minor wear in very outer edges of border area (C. 8.5++).
