Mercury Car Sign: Highly detailed, textured and embossed sign made of a pressed composition and canvas type material promoting the 1942 Mercury Car. Attractive looking sign (unusual in that new cars were not being sold in 1942 due to war effort). Nail hole in top and a few stain spots in upper right corner, but overall a very interesting and powerful looking piece (displays well).
