National Baking Powder Store Tin: Very early, hinged lid counter top country store display tin for Walter McEwan Co.’s National Brand Baking Powder (Albany, New York) w/ a wonderful primitive folk art type stenciled design, featuring early American flag. Has some general fairly heavy overall scattered wear from use and some light oxidizing on lid, but overall a nice primitive country type piece that displays pretty well (C. 7+).
