Hires Tray: Early tin litho Hires Root Beer tray featuring Co.’s soda Jerk character Josh Slinger (dated 1914). Has strong colors and displays very well (as a strong C. 8/+) although close examination will reveal a few faint scattered hazy spots on surface if tipped just right-barely noticeable except on close examination and a little light oxidizing in outer rim area (critical grade C. 8-, although it displays much nicer than this implies) w/ some oxidizing/wear on non-graphic backside.
